Spring

Spring, you are beautiful, but you bring wind and our moods can swing! It can be confusing, this season between Winter and summer. We look forward to the warmth, but the changes are still happening! Check out the Farmer’s Almanac website.

Spring Swing

Spring can trick us.  It stays light out later! Everyone likes that, it may help with mood if you can get outside for a walk. In Denver, Colorado spring can bring a lot of rain and snow. So you might be ready for flip flops but your toes might freeze.

Spring Teaches us to Accept Change

Sunny one minute, dark and raining the next. Some would say that describes some humans. It is realistic to move from one mood to another. Spring does teach us that the change is happening, no matter what we have planned. That is true for life.

Self Care in Spring Time

It is okay to review your self care plan at this time, do you need more rest, more time with other beings? Plan accordingly if you are able. Reach out for help if you need it.  Joanna Ford Counseling believes asking for help is a strength.
