I believe in approaches which are strength based and emphasize mindfulness. We will identify goals and a timeline. We will check in periodically to make sure your needs are being met. Each person brings a unique background and culture that will be integrated into the therapy process. I ask people to utilize self-care techniques to carry into your every day life.
