“You are never strong enough that you don’t need help.”
― César Chávez

Asking for help can be difficult. There is no shame in it. The world around us is moving forward (or backwards) constantly. We may struggle to maintain a sense of balance in what sometimes seems like chaos.

Asking for help or support can create a connection. That connection can be to people, pets, a community, a church, a spiritual group, school, a practice or a ritual that brings us comfort.  When dealing with change it is helpful to reach out for support.

Asking for help is okay. It gives others a sense of value when they are able to support each other. So doing something good and ask someone for help today!
