What is mid-life? We are all aging, every day. I am grateful for the process. As my friend Peter used to say “the alternative is no better.”  The article I have attached is great because it speaks of acceptance. Depression and anxiety can be a part of the aging process.  It may be that we heal more slowly or is it that we are more mindful about our healing? The article indicates that we have to change our thinking a bit to enjoy things in a different way, from a different perspective, with wisdom, grace and a sense of humor.
